Frequently asked questions

  • Our performance phases cost from $20-$30 depending on the length on the phase chosen. We have some phases programmed for four weeks, and some with six weeks of training. Go to performance to have a look at what we have to offer.

  • Yes! Our interviews with some of the best coaches and players in the world is free. The only thing you have to do is to create an account and start learning from the greats of our game. Go to Volleycast to learn more.

  • Our ELITE programs are cohesive. So, for the best possible result, we would advise everyone to start on phase 1. Athletes that are in season, AND have a good foundation of training, CAN start directly on phase 4. IF you start directly on phase 4, make sure that you start with a moderate load, and slowly increase from there. This is because the program is designed with the idea that the athlete has been through the previous phases.

Our DEVELOPMENT programs are also cohesive. The difference between the two programs is that ELITE is for athletes with greater experience from the weight room, and are ready to start more complex movements from the start of the program. The DEVELOPMENT program is for athletes with a young training age or with little experience from the weight room, and that’s why we want all our athletes on this program to start on phase 1.

  • We have made trials for both DEVELOPMENT and ELITE programs. We are covering all the expenses for the program itself, but TrainHeroic has a one time fee of $1.35 for using their app.

We have gathered samples from some of our phases to give you an opportunity to experience our program without committing to one whole month. This trial includes three sessions from different phases of our program with different focus points. The trial week will be available for you to train whenever you want, and however many times you want for a year from the date of purchase.
