  • Phase 1

    Phase one consists of four weeks where we build our athletic foundation. We focus on building strength, improving movement qualities, and decreasing the risk of injuries. We want to build robust athletes.

    This phase has three workouts a week, combining lower and upper body exercises each day. Click on the link below if you want to develop your athletic abilities!

  • Phase 2

    Phase two consists of four weeks where we build our athletic foundation. We focus on building strength, improving movement qualities, and decreasing the risk of injuries. We want to build robust athletes. We are building on the skills and exercises that was prescribed in phase one.

    This phase has three workouts a week, combining lower and upper body exercises each day. Click on the link below if you want to develop your athletic abilities!

  • Phase 3

    Phase three consists of four weeks where we progress from the two previous phases. We focus on building strength, improving movement qualities, and decreasing the risk of injuries. The drills and exercises become more challenging. We want our athletes to handle the load of our sports.

  • Phase 4

    Phase four consists of four weeks where we progress from the two previous phases. We focus on continuing building strength, decelerating abilities, and jump variations. The drills and exercises become more challenging. We want our athletes to handle the load of our sports.

  • Phase 5

    Phase five consist of four weeks of training. We are progressing into complex movements and plyometrics. Exercises becomes more sport specific, and we continue to build strength through our most familiar movements.
